Description of the Programme The Bachelor of Business Information and Management (BIM) has been developed to meet the growing demand for business information management professionals in the corporate sector. Business Information Management systems are integral to every aspect of the business including accounts, sales, procurement, marketing, human resource management etc. Since departments within the same company are interdependent, companies integrate their information systems, making it easier for separate departments to share information and make more informed decisions with a broader organizational view. Students will acquire a holistic knowledge of the importance of information management within the wider organizational context and a firm grounding on the key aspects as well as the latest trends in information and communications systems and how they can be applied to different areas of the organization.
