Description of the Programme
Corporate communication is the key method employed by organisations to align their strategies internally and externally to achieve business excellence. Corporate communication includes all the processes of facilitating information and knowledge exchanges with and between internal and key external stakeholders and individuals that have a direct relationship with the organization. The course will offer students a quality learning experience in the contemporary, interesting and stimulating communication and management field. The training emphasizes the development of oral, written and digital communication skills in addition to developing an understanding of technology, business, media and management. The curriculum may vary depending on the university. However, students can expect to cover Applied Communication Techniques; Corporate Communication; Media, Law and Ethics; Organisational Behaviour; Project Management; and Research Methods among other courses. You will also learn the benefits and disadvantages of electronic, print and other media in the corporate world. Successful completion of this course leads to a synergistic, integrated and management-oriented grasp of the design, implementation and development of corporate and marketing communication. The internship programme gives students an excellent opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and a chance to establish professional connections.
