Programme Overview
This course is suitable for people interested in the hair industry. The trainees will be equipped with knowledge and skills necessary in the hair industry such as plaiting, weaving, coloring, shampooing and conditioning various types of hair. The course covers every aspect of hairdressing which will help graduates to start or develop their career in the hair industry. Some of the areas covered in the curriculum include health, safety and security; professional ethics/image/etiquette; consultation hair and scalp analysis; ICT; communication skills; hair cutting; plaiting and twisting hair; shampooing and conditioning; blow-drying and styling among others.
