Description of the Programme
The Bachelor of Procurement and Supply Chain Management is intended to equip graduates with skills necessary to build successful careers in the global procurement and logistics industry by providing them with a repertoire of analytical and industry-oriented skills in Supply Chain Management and procurement disciplines. Graduates will be prepared to tackle business problems in the global marketplace and also gain an in-depth understanding of the complex world of procurement, logistics and supply chain and industries within a continuously changing and globalised business environment. Students will be well grounded in Purchasing and Supply Management; Principles of Negotiations; Public Procurement; Stores Management and Stock Control; International Purchasing and Supply Management; Purchasing Ethics; Strategic Procurement Management; Principles of Logistics Management; Purchasing and Supply Law; Sustainable Supply Chain Management; and Procurement Research Project among other courses.
