The broad objective of this program is to create and develop manpower with practical knowledge, management and problem-solving skills to improve and up-scale agricultural productivity, value chain management, expand trade and marketing processes for agricultural products for both small and large-scale farms. The ultimate goal is to achieve development in rural communities with a sustainable balance of environmental and natural resources and agricultural production systems. This will contribute in creating wealth and prosperity and improving the living conditions of people by working either in the outdoors or in the business environment of natural and agricultural resource industry management/supervision aspects, such as finance, human resources equipment and the environment.
