Bachelor of Science (Hospitality and Tourism Management) provides a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry and prepares the learners to enter nearly any segment of the industry, such as hotels, restaurants, travel and tour companies; cruise line operations, airline catering, National/State Tourism Development Corporations; resorts and spas, event management and multinational corporations among others. The course provides students with the competencies and knowledge needed to successfully manage the hospitality or tourism business. The curriculum lays a strong foundation in the core principles of hospitality, tourism and management. Areas of specialization include:
