Description of the Programme
Business Management refers to the activities associated with running a company, such as controlling, leading, monitoring, organising and planning. This diploma prepares you for a career in a business management environment where you will be able to perform business-related activities as well as management duties effectively. You will learn how large-scale organizations are managed, the structures and objectives involved, and how to evaluate a company’s performance by using key performance indicators (KPIs). You will cover a diverse range of modules like Business Communication, Financial Accounting, Corporate Management, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Management, Organisational Behaviour, Accounting, Computer Application for Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Law, Principles of Procurement, Human Resource Management and Project Management, just to name a few. As a qualified business professional, you will be equipped with the foundation to becoming a successful entrepreneur since the course has a strong entrepreneurial orientation.
