Description of the Programme
This course is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to work as computer practitioners. Students will learn the application of IT knowledge to solve practical problems in organizations. The programme covers information technology, digital design, programming, database systems, systems analysis, practical operation of hardware and software, software engineering and development, computer architecture, communications and networks and operating systems. It also provides students with a strong theoretical as well as practical understanding of the design and development of modern computer systems in general.
