Description of the Programme German Studies provides a sound knowledge of the German language and culture through intensive language teaching, a critical analysis of Germany’s literature, history and culture. Students will develop the level of complexity in speaking, listening, reading and writing German including the lelvel required for the Zertifikat C1, the upper-intermediate exam set by the Goethe-Institute. Held globally, this is recognised worldwide in business and education.
