Description of the Programme

The Bachelor of Technology in Design degree course is a broad-spectrum design programme geared towards training design specialists in design thinking, design strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship and design process.  It focuses on preparing students for technical career paths in the design industry. Manufacturers of products and providers of services, both private and public, are increasingly recognising design as an integral part of their offering and a means of differentiation. Graduates will be equipped with greater skills to succeed in long-term, fast-changing careers across a wide range of design disciplines.
